Job Description

Key Responsibilities:   Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with organizational business objectives. Identify and secure corporate clients, institutions, and business partners. Expand market presence by targeting high-potential industries and organizations within the region. Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Lead and coach a team of corporate sales professionals to achieve business targets and ensure strong performance culture. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience. Represent the organization in corporate networking events, business forums, and strategic meetings to enhance visibility and partnerships. What we are looking for: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution. 10-12 years of progressive sales experience, including 4–5 years in a senior sales leadership role within financial services, insurance, or Takaful. Proven expertise in corporate and institutional sales, particularly in developing business from corporates and SMEs. Strong market knowledge of the region with an extensive professional network among corporate clients and key decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, manage large-scale operations, and achieve consistent business growth. Strong command over consultative and solution-based selling, with a focus on corporate relationship management and target-driven execution. Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
