Apply within to work with us to accelerate the future of material abundance The Role Lead end-to-end implementation of Python based services to ingest, store, tokenize/index, and search manufacturing documentation Architect scalable processing pipelines for documents, video, and mixed-media content by evaluating and integrating various tools (OCR, MMLMs, VLMs, YOLO etc.)  Build infrastructure to support functionality including cycle time tracking and workflows  Collaborate with ML, frontend, and robotics teams to deliver integrated solutions You Bring Solid experience with Python backend development and ML, RAG, NLP architectures Proven track record leading service creation at scale Experience building search and indexing systems for unstructured data Availability to work US EST hours (i.e. 7pm to 3am Pakistan time) Bonus Points Experience with high-frequency data streaming technologies (Kafka, ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ, ROS) Background in combining siloed data systems and breaking down information barriers Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure as code Familiarity with manufacturing processes, MES/ERP systems, or IIOT Experience with video processing and multi-modal search systems What We Offer Top tier pay and equity: We want to make it easy to be a FleetGlue Generational opportunity.
