Blue Health is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate can transform ideas into engaging designs while maintaining strong brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: 🎨 Brand & Visual Design: • Develop and maintain Blue Health’s visual identity across all materials • Create digital assets, marketing creatives, banners, and presentations • Design graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and product communication 📄 Print & Marketing Collateral • Design brochures, flyers, posters, pitch decks, and other print materials • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables 🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions 🧠 Creative Problem Solving • Turn complex concepts into clear visual stories • Produce illustrations, infographics, and campaign visuals 🔧 File & Asset Management • Manage design assets and maintain organized design libraries • Prepare files for web, social, and print output with precision Requirements: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to create visuals suited for healthcare and tech audiences • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Motion graphics or video editing skills (a plus) Preferred (Not Required): • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech environments • Knowledge of UI/UX basics • Ability to create animations or short-form content
