Job Description

Requirements: 1.      The candidate should have education background in mechanical, measuring, metrology or relevant fields.      2.      Bachelor degree or above. 3.      Experience with shaping or handling distributor or dealer network. 4.      The candidate is required to have more than 10 years working experience in measuring and metrology field. 5.      The working experience in brand like I ndustrial Automation, Caltee Instrument Sevices, Meditec Instrument & Co, Jes Instrumentation & Controls, SS Hussain & Sons etc will be preferred. 6.      Ability to make demo for the CMM(coordinate measuring machine), VMM(vision measuring machine), scanning measuring instruments, roundness testers, profilometer etc will be preferred. 7.      The candidate should be capable of English and the local language. 8.      The candidate should be willing to come to China for training after onboarding(on our expense). Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy:    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.    - Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels. 2. Exhibitions and Events:    - Plan, organize, and participate in industry exhibitions to promote the company's products.    - Visit distributors or customers to increase the sales. 3. Advertising:  Design and manage advertising campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring they align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.    - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed. 4. Distribution Management:   - Maintain existing distributors and develop new distributors if needed and implement policies to prevent unfair competition and ensure fair competition between distributors. 5. Distributor Relationship:    - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective sales and distribution of the products.    - Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
