Responsibilities: - Lead the development of innovative architectural designs from concept through completion. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design elements. - Oversee and mentor a team of architects and junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions. - Prepare and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D renderings. - Ensure all architectural work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals. - Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within financial constraints. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Requirements: - Proven experience as an architect, particularly in a senior or lead role, with a minimum of 6-10 years in the field. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and successful execution of diverse architecture projects. - Proficiency in architecture design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory frameworks. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. - Licensed architect with recognized architectural body is preferred. - Professional certification in specific architectural domains will be an advantage. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a design team. Work Environment: - Full-time, in-person position requiring onsite presence with occasional visits to project sites. - Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment. - May include occasional travel based on project needs.
