Blue Health is seeking an experienced and innovative  RPA UiPath Developer  to join our automation and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation workflows  that streamline operations and enhance productivity across healthcare and enterprise platforms. This role requires deep expertise in  UiPath , proficiency in  Python scripting , and practical experience with  Computer Vision activities  for automating both desktop and web-based applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and IT professionals to transform manual and repetitive tasks into efficient, automated solutions using the latest UiPath technologies. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of  process automation frameworks ,  data handling ,  API integration , and  advanced debugging  techniques, as well as the ability to leverage AI/ML and Python-based logic to optimize automation efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using  UiPath Studio  and manage deployment through  UiPath Orchestrator . Automate both  web-based and desktop applications  utilizing  UI automation ,  computer vision , and  image-based selectors . Integrate  Python scripts  for data processing, logic extension, and AI-driven workflow enhancement. Develop and maintain  custom activities  and reusable components to support automation scalability. Use  Selenium  and other automation libraries for hybrid desktop–web process automation. Configure and maintain  queues, assets, credentials, and orchestrator schedules  within UiPath. Perform  end-to-end testing, debugging, and error handling  to ensure automation reliability and robustness. Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document processes, define automation requirements, and provide technical solutions. Implement best practices related to  security, exception handling, and logging  in all automation workflows. Optimize automation performance and resource utilization by applying  REFramework  and structured modular design principles. Stay up to date with emerging UiPath capabilities, including  AI Center ,  Document Understanding , and  Task Mining , to propose process improvements. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in  UiPath Studio ,  UiPath Orchestrator , and  REFramework . Strong proficiency in  Python  for custom scripting, data analysis, and integration with UiPath. Experience with  Computer Vision activities ,  image-based automation , and  OCR tools  (Abbyy, Tesseract, or UiPath Document Understanding). Familiarity with  Selenium  for browser automation and hybrid workflows. Good understanding of  APIs, REST services, and JSON/XML  for system integration. Knowledge of  SQL databases ,  data manipulation , and  data extraction techniques . Experience in  error handling ,  logging , and  debugging complex workflows . Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience  in RPA development with UiPath. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification  or  UiPath RPA Associate  preferred. Prior experience in  healthcare technology  or  enterprise automation  will be considered a plus.
